The Project

Project overview.

This control panel was for a Loss In Weight Feeder at the Saputo dairy plant in Kiewa Victoria. A loss in weight feeder measures how quickly material leaves a hopper by tracking real-time weight reduction. The panel controls the system to continuously adjust the feeding mechanism to maintain a target mass flow rate.
