Laser cutting, CNC folding and welding in-house let us custom fabricate cabinets in stainless steel, mild steel or aluminium. High-quality mechanical design and stringent quality control deliver fabrication to whatever unique specification a project or client requires, with internal and external AS 61439 compliant options.
With an in-house spray booth and powdercoating oven, we control the finish end to end, for the highest quality result and reliable lead times.
Our experienced fitters assemble enclosures, geartrays and switchgear ready for wiring.
We work with a range of modular, type-tested enclosure systems including Elsteel, B&R and KIKBLOX, and are highly experienced in complex copper busbar manufacturing.
Carried out by experienced industrial electricians and apprentices, our wiring quality and speed are greatly assisted by WireSYS, our proprietary semi-automated in-house platform.
Once each board is built, PLC and HMI programs are uploaded and it is put through a full range of tests. Because programming is in-house, boards are thoroughly tested with the program loaded before delivery, greatly speeding up on-site commissioning.
